Cristian Badarinza

Associate Professor of Real Estate Finance

Cristian Badarinza is an Associate Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Previously, he has been an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore, an affiliate of the NUS Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies and the CEPR Household Finance RPN, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He has obtained a PhD and an MSc in Economics from Goethe University. Cristian's research interests are in the areas of real estate finance, household finance and financial economics. His research follows a structural behavioural approach that integrates both theoretical models and micro-level data to capture individual decision-making.
