Ms. Fatma Dirkes is the Head for the International Advisory Services of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with overall responsibility for all Frankfurt School international consultancy projects and department staff.  As Head of IAS she is responsible for project acquisition (proposal development & project planning) and management, incl. consultant contracting, backstopping, monitoring, quality management, reporting, finance/accounting and contract management. In line with the departments key activity areas her responsibilities include the design and implementation of a variety of projects focussing on Micro-Finance, Rural and Agricultural Finance, SME Finance, Housing Finance, Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Finance funded by international donor organizations e.g. ADB, EU, EIB, EBRD, KfW, IFC and Worldbank.
Ms. Dirkes holds a university degree in Business Administration and worked as financial sector expert and auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers and KPMG prior to joining Frankfurt School in 2003 .
