Melanie Hilbert is Director of Executive Education at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where she and her team are responsible for programme development, conception and implementation of trainings, seminars and coaching for executives and business managers in the areas of leadership, strategy and innovation. She has been active in human resources consulting and training for over 15 years. Ms Hilbert is a business graduate, holistic coach and certified project manager.
