Associate Professor of Strategy
Stevo Pavicevic is Associate Professor of Strategy at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
He holds a Ph.D. in Strategy from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. His doctoral dissertation was awarded a dissertation research grant by the Strategy Research Foundation of the Strategic Management Society.
Stevo’s research falls within the domain of behavioral strategy. The main goal of his research is to ground strategic management theory in realistic assumptions about human cognition and social behavior. To achieve this goal, he merges cognitive and social psychology with strategic management to investigate how socio-cognitive biases and social interactions among corporate executives and directors impact strategic decision processes and outcomes. His work has been published in leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Management, and Strategy Science.
