LEARNING GOALS

Graduates will have a broad knowledge and a critical understanding of the key theories, principles and methods in Business Administration. They will be able to reflect and classify professional and scientific statements.

Graduates will use their interdisciplinary knowledge and understanding to develop business solutions. They will evaluate the significance of different sources of information and base decision-making on a methodical approach according to the current state of science. Graduates will derive research objectives, apply research methods, describe results and explain outcomes.

Graduates will communicate effectively in oral and written form. They formulate professional solutions to problems and represent these in discourse in a manner appropriate to the target group. They also consider and reflect on different perspectives.

Graduates will understand the nature and significance of their ethical and professional responsibilities as well as the general principles of sustainability. They will be equipped to act responsibly and professionally at university, in society and in an international business environment by grounding actions and decisions on their professional expertise. Graduates will be provided with the prerequisites to flourish and grow within the vibrant academic community at Frankfurt School and wider society.
