Admission Requirements
As an applicant, you can be admitted to the Master in Corporate Performance & Restructuring if you:
- Hold a higher education entrance qualification as well as a first professional academic or vocational degree. Professionally qualified applicants must also pass an aptitude test.
- Achieve a total of 300 ECTS credits with the master’s degree. Missing credits (up to 60 ECTS) may be compensated through recognition of professional experience or other achievements, such as bridge modules.
- Have at least one year of qualified, study-relevant professional experience.
- Have very good German language skills (at least level C1).
- Successfully complete the selection process, including the admission interview.

Curriculum
During the intensive intensive weeks, you will acquire a comprehensive set of tools and skills to analyse business models and future-proof companies. The programme provides and deepens comprehensive expertise in data analytics, performance measurement, value improvement, change and turnaround management, strategy development and the legal aspects of restructuring. Communication and leadership are also crucial for successful change. Therefore, you will also engage intensively with successful practitioners to explore the role of a leader.

Graduates have a clear understanding of and comprehensive knowledge of the business expertise and methods used to analyse processes in companies and to identify and implement potential for change and improvement. They have a comprehensive knowledge regarding the parameters and instruments necessary for the requirements of further development processes and restructuring in companies.
Graduates are able to conduct complex analyses of a company's current and future performance and competitiveness and develop solution concepts based on these analyses.
Graduates are able to communicate professionally and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams, including virtually.
Graduates accompany and manage companies in corporate performance, change processes and restructuring. They recognise the framework and limits of their professional actions based on their theoretical and methodological knowledge and reflect on their decisions.

FAQ about Master in Corporate Performance & Restructuring
The programme is designed to be part-time. The courses usually take place on Frankfurt School campus in six block weeks (monday - saturday). Depending on the degree programme, there are also some online teaching units and project-based self-study phases. This allows you to combine your studies perfectly with a (full-time) job.

The course is taught in German. The minimum requirement for participation is therefore language level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Please submit appropriate proof if German is not your native language and/or you did not complete your first degree in German.
The assessments for the self-study phases are conducted through online quizzes. The questions are based on the preparatory literature of each module.
The assessments during the on-campus phases consist of written assignments, individual or group presentations, case studies or written exams, which take place at the end of each block week.
