To continuously improve our website, for advertising purposes, and to be able to offer you certain functions of this website, we rely on the use of processors. All processors are obliged to process the data only for the specific services defined by us. All processors have been carefully selected by us and have implemented sufficient technical and organizational measures to ensure data security. However, the third parties commissioned by us or our processors may be based outside the EU. In this case, we have ensured that our processors pass on their obligations under the GDPR to the service providers they commission to guarantee a level of data protection that complies with the GDPR.

Every data subject has the right to information under Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 GDPR, and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR. Pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you object to processing for the purpose of direct marketing, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes. Please note that the objection only applies to the future. Processing that took place before the objection was made is not affected.

Reference to the right to object in the case of balancing of interests

Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on Art. 6 (1) (e) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
