FS-UNEP Collaborating Centre
The Frankfurt School - UNEP Collaborating Centre for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance (the Centre) is a strategic cooperation between Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and the United Nations Environment Programme supported by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment.
The Congolese-German Centre for Microfinance
is one of five Centers of Excellence in Africa sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Services (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienste – DAAD). Its aim is to promote teaching and research to train future leaders in microfinance in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and beyond.
Since the early 1990s, International Advisory Services (formerly Bankakademie International) has been committed to improving financial markets and increasing access to finance for low-income populations by providing consulting and training services, and addressing the needs of the financial sector’s stakeholders.
On behalf of various agencies and development finance institutions, such as ADB, EU, EIB, EBRD, FMO, GIZ, IFC, KfW, and the World Bank, we conduct projects across the globe with the aim to strengthen the financial sector and thus improve low-income populations’ access to finance. We operate in more than 100 countries through our Frankfurt Head Office, and have regional teams in Brazil, China, India, Kenya, Panama, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates.

Our IAS team is seeking to recruit Trainees (f/m) at the earliest possible date. We offer interesting employment opportunities for young and motivated graduates as trainees in development finance projects. After a thorough orientation at the IAS Headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, you can work with senior experts in bank advisory projects abroad or you might stay at the head office to support the implementation of financial sector development programmes. The successful completion of our trainee programme (typically 12 months depending on prior qualification) will qualify you for an international career in advisory or project management.
