Postdoctoral Researcher - Behavioral Strategy

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is one of Europe's leading business schools, accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher (f/m/d) specializing in behavioral strategy, with a focus on strategic leadership and corporate governance.

The position broadly centers on understanding how top management teams and boards of directors perceive, interpret, and respond to increasing organizational and environmental complexity, including uncertainty, technological change, and stakeholder pressures. The postdoctoral researcher will conduct collaborative research on the behavioral foundations of strategic decision-making, leadership, and governance, employing rigorous empirical and theoretical approaches and targeting publications in leading management journals. The role offers strong opportunities for engaging in close collaboration, developing an independent research agenda, and contributing to a vibrant intellectual research environment.

Applicants must complete their Ph.D. degree in management or a related field by August 2026.
