Insights from the CPR Club at Frankfurt School

How companies can successfully manage holistic restructuring – this was the central topic of the eighth Corporate Performance & Restructuring Club (CPR Club) at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management on 26 November.

What can cause transformation programmes in companies to fail?  Which early warning signs help identify emerging crises? How can organisations respond holistically? What stages of transformation exist, and which factors are essential for managing such processes successfully?

During an interactive session, the event’s guests – including numerous students from the Master in Corporate Performance & Restructuring – had the opportunity to explore these and other questions. Under the moderation of Professor Ronald Gleich, Bernd Eckl, former Chairman and CEO of Blanc & Fischer Family Holding, and Florian Fink, Senior Project Manager at Horváth & Partner GmbH, shared insights from their professional experience based on case studies.

In this interactive setting, the experts and students discussed key questions and summarised their key takeaways.

The evening concluded with a relaxed get-together in the foyer – with snacks, drinks, and a lively atmosphere in which discussions and insights continued to flow effortlessly.
