Complete the online application form by uploading the required admission documents, proof of English proficiency, and other related materials.

English test

Successful applicants will be invited to an English test and an interview. The paper-based English test will be at UPC in Kinshasa.

Interview

Successful applicants will be invited to an interview and an English test. The interview will be conducted by phone or online.

Decision

The final decision regarding your MBA admission will be based on a combination of English language abilities and interview performance.

Admission Requirements

As an applicant, you can be admitted if you bring the following:

  1. Hold a first degree (Bachelor or equivalent, i.g. Licence Bac +5)
  2. Have a work experience of at least three years which includes adequate management experience i.e. personnel, budget and/or strategic project responsibility.
  3. Proficiency in English (B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)). This criterion can be waived for the following reasons: native English speaker, having completed a previous degree in English, having lived and worked over one year in an English- speaking country, working in a company where the corporate language is English or can otherwise prove the English proficiency (TOEFL iBT minimum 72 or IELTS minimum 6.5 score report).
  4. Participate in the Assessment Center, which includes an interview and an English test.
  5. The final admission decision is based on a combined assessment of the criteria above and lies with the Programme Director, in critical cases in agreement with the Academic Director. *The admission of participants without a first academic degree is regulated in § 3 (4) of the General Course and Examination Regulations of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Delivery Format

This MBA program is structured to support busy executives and includes:

  • 14 Extended Weekends in Kinshasa:
    Held over long weekends to minimize disruption to work schedules.

            Thursday: 18:00 – 21:00
            Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
            Saturday: 09:00 – 18:00

  • 3 Weeks On Campus in Frankfurt:
    Intensive academic and networking sessions held at the Frankfurt campus, providing global exposure and direct engagement with international peers.
  • 5 Months Thesis Period:
    A dedicated period for researching and writing the final thesis, completed from home with academic supervision and support.

Learning Goals

Graduates will draw upon deep or expanded functional knowledge and a broad, detailed and critical understanding of specifics, limitations and doctrines in business administration to shape responses and independent ideas to business and research opportunities and challenges.
