Eligible applicants include graduates of the (Bank) Business Economist programme (Frankfurt School), other business graduates (e.g. IHK, VWA, FOM, Savings Banks Academy, Geno Academy), university or university of applied sciences graduates, as well as applicants with equivalent qualifications.

Curriculum
The program combines core studies with a chosen specialization, thus creating a link between modern leadership and management knowledge and personal development. The core studies include strategic management, innovation management, a business simulation, agile project management, change management, and negotiation skills. Communication and team development as well as reflective leadership are also covered. Before starting, you choose a specialization: banking, leadership, or HR management.
The specialization consists of five virtual teaching days (one block on Friday and Saturday plus three days from Thursday to Saturday) and a two-day final event on campus in Frankfurt, including the awarding of certificates.

Learning Goals
- Understand the fundamentals of strategic action and be able to apply methods, models, and analyses for strategic management decisions.
- Learn to apply innovation management as an integrated approach combining strategy, structure, and culture in your own context.
- Know the requirements for leading change processes (“leading change”) and be able to implement change projects.
- Understand key modern factors of effective leadership, enabling you to lead yourself and others.
- Gain a high level of personal competence, strengthen your self-regulation skills, and support and challenge employees in projects and teams appropriately.
- Be able to design, manage, and guide negotiations in a goal- and solution-oriented way—even in difficult situations.
- Be able to recognize and clarify team processes, moderate decision-making in teams, and motivate team members.
- Differentiate between agile and traditional project management methods and apply them appropriately to specific situations.
- Deepen your banking expertise with knowledge of national and international banking supervision as well as accounting for credit institutions.
- Deepen your business administration expertise with knowledge in talent development, human resource development, and corporate communication.
At the end of the programme, you will be able to accompany complex situations in a leadership role, evaluate them within a strategic context, and implement them with a high degree of personal competence.
Financing & Scholarships
The tuition fee can be paid in two instalments, due at the beginning of the programme and after three months, in accordance with the study schedule.
FAQ about Management-Studium
After completing the Management Programme, you can continue with the following degrees (after successful application):
- Master of Banking & Capital Markets Law (LL.M.)
- Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.)
- Master in Corporate Performance & Restructuring (M.Sc.)
- Part-time MBA
The Banking specialization requires prior knowledge of banking and business administration, as well as relevant education, training, and professional experience in banking & finance.
After completing the specialization “Banking,” the KWG certificate (§ 25c para. 1 KWG) will be issued.
Our study model is specifically designed to meet the needs of students who are in employment. Lectures take place on Saturdays and on weekday evenings.
In the online format, you can conveniently attend lectures from home or any other location. During class, you always have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with lecturers and fellow students.
The opening and closing events take place in person, giving you the chance to network with students from other study locations—even in the virtual study model.
