Graduates of the (banking) business administration programme (Frankfurt School), other business administration programmes (e.g. IHK, VWA, FOM, Sparkassenakademie, GenoAkademie), applicants with a university or technical college degree, and applicants with equivalent qualifications are eligible.

Curriculum
The programme combines core studies with a chosen specialisation, thus creating a link between modern leadership and management knowledge and personal development. The core studies comprise:
- Strategic management,
- Innovation management,
- A business simulation,
- Agile project management,
- Change management, and
- Negotiation skills.
It also covers communication and team development as well as reflective leadership.
Before starting, you choose an additional specialisation:
- Banking,
- Leadership,
- HR management or
- AI management.
The specialisation consists of five virtual teaching days (one block on Friday and Saturday plus three days from Thursday to Saturday) and a two-day final event on campus in Frankfurt, including the awarding of certificates.

Learning Goals
Be able to apply innovation management as an integrative approach combining strategy, structure and culture in your own context.
- Be familiar with the requirements for supporting change processes (‘leading change’) and be able to successfully implement change projects.
- Understand the key modern factors of effective leadership and thereby be able to lead yourself and others.
- Gain a high level of personal competence, strengthen your self-regulation skills and be able to support and challenge employees in projects and teams in a manner appropriate to the situation.
- Be able to structure, support and manage negotiations in a goal- and solution-oriented manner – even when dealing with difficult situations.
- Be able to recognise and clarify team processes, moderate decision-making in teams and motivate them.
- Be able to distinguish between agile and classic project management methods and apply and manage them appropriately to the situation.
- Deepen your banking expertise with knowledge of national and international supervisory law and accounting for credit institutions.
- Deepen your business expertise with knowledge in the areas of talent development, human resources development and corporate communications.
At the end of the programme, you will be able to manage complex situations in a leadership role, evaluate them in a strategic context and implement them with a high degree of personal competence.
Financing
Tuition fees can be paid in two instalments, due at the beginning of the programme and after three months, in accordance with the programme schedule.

Part-time MBA
Attending the Banking specialisation requires prior knowledge of banking business administration and appropriate training and further education as well as practical experience in the field of banking and finance.
Successful completion of the programme with a degree in Banking (Frankfurt School) confirms the acquisition of theoretical knowledge as part of professional competence within the meaning of Section 25c (1) of the German Banking Act (KWG).
Our study model is tailored precisely to the needs of students who are working. Lectures take place on Saturdays or in the evenings during the week.
With online study, you can follow lectures from the comfort of your own home or any other location. During lessons, you will of course have the opportunity to ask questions and exchange ideas with lecturers and fellow students.
You will attend the opening and closing events in person, so that even in the virtual study model you will have the opportunity to network with students from other study locations.
