Our Customised Programmes
Digital Face-to-Face Training
Our face-to-face training programs, delivered via Zoom, are designed to provide a interactive learning experience. Our approach ensures individual attention while covering essential technical, management, and leadership skills. By integrating diverse learning elements—such as online lectures, case exercises, videos, business simulations, virtual group work, coaching, and Q&A discussions—we ensure a dynamic and engaging environment as conventional in-person training. This flexible and time-efficient format also offers significant cost benefits for companies.
Onsite Face-to-Face Training
Our face-to-face training programmes conducted at your location or within your country. Our team of expert trainers from Europe and your region can address a wide variety of training needs. A typical customised programme lasts between three and five days. While most clients manage their own logistics, Frankfurt School can also provide a comprehensive end-to-end service, including full logistical support .
Blended Learning
We also offer customised blended learning solutions precisely tailored to your organisation’s needs. We can either develop a new programme or tailor one from our existing portfolio, using our robust e-learning platform to deliver a variety of learning features. A customised programme may combine onsite and digital face-to-face training, incorporating elements such as training needs analysis, learning videos, case studies, simulations, and coaching. These comprehensive solutions can also include assessments, assignments, and online exams to ensure a complete and effective learning experience.
Coaching
We provide individual support, feedback, and advice to help managers enhance their personal effectiveness within their specific business environment. Our individual leadership coaching is often integrated into a broader customised leadership development programme. Moreover, we also offer one-to-one coaching for top management and business owners. These sessions can be tailored to address technical subjects or soft skills, depending on your specific needs.

Digital Learning Framework

Didactic Approach to Adult Learning

In our online training programmes, we use a variety of didactic methods and digital tools to ensure an interactive and effective learning experience. Whereas many online approaches treat participants as passive recipients of knowledge, we actively involve them in experiential learning, discussions, and knowledge exchange — much like in conventional face-to-face training.
Learn more about our digital principles, tools, and technology.

Digital Principles

  • Multimedia principle - We use different media to improve effectiveness of learning process.
  • Visual principle -  Our presentation slides are highly visual and thoroughly explained by our lecturers
  • Scale principle The content is separated into smaller pieces to make it easier for participants to follow. Moreover smaller pieces are presented in different media in order to maximise learning performance.
  • Collaborative principle Participants are always involved as much as possible through Q&A, exercises or group work to maintain individual attention towards each participant.
  • Face to face principle The more participants are accompanied by physical teacher or mentor the more confident they feel and stay on board.
  • Clearness principle Correct language of instructions, clear audio of the trainer’s and the materials and instructive presentation are important elements in our trainings. Furthermore, we use advanced hardware to achieve desired quality standards.
