Following the successful launch of the International Executive Campus Week in Dubai and Colombo, Sri Lanka last year, we are bringing a new 2026 edition to Africa. The Programme is planned in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The programme brings together senior professionals and thought leaders for a week of advanced executive education. Participants engage in intensive sessions on leadership, current AML topics, digitalisation, sustainable finance, and strategy.

Young African Leaders Summit 2026
In parallel with the Executive Campus Week – Africa Edition, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management will host the Young African Leaders Summit 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
This summit is designed to bring together emerging leaders from across Africa onto a single platform to explore and strengthen their leadership potential while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. Participants will engage with peers, mentors, and industry experts to address key challenges and opportunities shaping the continent’s future.
The two-day summit will feature a central plenary platform complemented by a series of interactive masterclasses. These sessions will focus on leadership development, innovation, and practical skills, drawing on formats similar to leading global youth and executive forums.
