Fundamentals of business valuation and acquisition strategies

This module introduces participants to the fundamentals of business valuation and acquisition strategies. Building on concepts such as financial performance analysis and investment appraisal, it covers techniques for determining the value of a business, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and market comparables. Participants will also explore the strategic considerations and financial implications of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiation strategies, and integration planning.

This module provide advanced, practical applications of the core concepts introduced earlier in the program.
