Irene Loder is a senior project manager and member of the M/SME competence center. She is responsible for managing projects in Asia, Africa and Indian Ocean for International Advisory Services.
Furthermore, she is the project manager of the Technical Assistance Programme to EIB Financial Sector Operations in the Southern African Region financed under the Cotonou agreement. She is in charge of managing the facility in an effective and efficient use towards the provision of tailor-made TA operations.
Irene has completed various short-term assignments and is involved in research assignments and business processes.
