FS Mentoring Programme

Career Services

Our Frankfurt School Mentoring Programme brings together current students and FS alumni

The aim of the programme is to support students in starting their careers after graduation by providing them with an alumna/alumnus as a mentor over a period of 10 months. This not only strengthens the ability of the students to start in the real world, connecting different generations of students and alumni also strengthens the Frankfurt School Community.

Benefits of the mentoring programme

The mentees personal topics and ideas are the core of the programme. They can share ideas and experiences at eye level with an experienced mentor, plan and implement the next career steps together and grow their network at Frankfurt School. The mentor acts as a sparring partner for all topics relevant to their mentee.

Mentees and mentors

The programme aims at students from the Bachelor programmes in their last year of studies who are looking for individual support to reach their career goals.

Mentors are FS alumni with at least five years of full-time work experience and a strong interest in supporting current students long-term.
