WE CARE
Our guiding principle at Frankfurt School is 'We Care'. And this principle applies to our students' studies, personal development, experiences, and other concerns. We support and advise our students throughout their studies. We also serve as a contact point for parents who wish to have contact with our university. It's worth learning more about our support concept and the services we offer our students — a valuable addition to their work, studies and leisure time at Frankfurt School.
FOR STUDENTS
Caring Concept
Frankfurt School pursues a holistic support concept for all degree programs, designed to ensure a great student experience. We offer all students dedicated study advisors, as well as a wide range of additional support services with subject matter experts for specialised advice (e.g., financial advice, life and health counseling or housing questions).
Study Advisory
Our study advisors play a central role in Frankfurt School’s support activities. Each student has a dedicated study advisor who is their first and central point of contact on all matters relating to their studies and community life.
Study advisors will provide you with personal assistance during your studies. You can reach out to them for advice on anything to do with your programme, specific modules, examinations, invoices or personal challenges you may encounter while studying. And of course you can also contact them if you want to provide feedback on your study experience.

STUDENT INITIATIVES
Extracurricular student activities and community engagement play an important role at Frankfurt School. Students can represent the student body by joining the Student Council or becoming a Class Representative. Or they can gain new experiences by joining or leading a student initiative. Frankfurt School enormously appreciates students’ social and community engagement, as demonstrated by the annual Frankfurt School Spirit Award.
Ambassador Programme
As an Ambassador, you represent Frankfurt School, taking part in fairs and events, speaking to prospective students in high schools, and helping at events like Bachelor Day, Master Evenings and Career Day. Get to know prospective and existing students; boost your personal growth through your role as an Ambassador. Share your Frankfurt School experience with others!
