Eugen Doce
Senior Direktor International Advisory Services
Mr. Eugen Doce joined Frankfurt School in 2005 and is Senior Project Manager for International Advisory Services' Housing Competence Centre. His main tasks include project management, backstopping and controlling of housing finance related projects. Mr. Doce is also actively involved in the set up and management of housing finance operations, including implementation of mortgage lending standards (IFC, KfW and EBRD standards) and design of training programs in the area of housing finance.
Prior to his work at Frankfurt School, Mr. Doce has been working for the banking sector in the Balkans and Germany, dealing mostly with credit processes and MSME lending. He has hands-on experience of the credit process cycle and has outstanding analytic skills which he has shown by managing successful loan portfolios.
