Martin Cremer

Gathering expertise for over 14 years and working with various financial institutions Mr. Martin Cremer has developed a strong banking background, combining structuring expertise of complex private equity debt transactions with international negotiation skills. Before joining Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in 2011, he hasworked as a free-lance debt advisor and held various positions at Unicredit Corporates & Markets in Germany and France, as well as BNP Paribas, lastly as Director Leveraged Finance. His recent work experience with FS includes identifying and negotiating terms with private equity investors in the context of implementing a UNEP seed capital assistance facility in sub-Saharan Africa aimed to help clean energy entrepreneurs access enterprise development support and early stage seed capital. Moreover, Mr. Cremer is the project manager of a microfinance fund that provides technical assistance and financing to MFIs and banks in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
