Senior Projektmanagerin / Direktor
Ms. Willemien Libois has been working as a Senior Project Manager and MSME Finance Expert for Frankfurt School since 2005. She is managing Frankfurt School’s regional office in Nairobi and responsible for projects in Sub-Saharan and North Africa. In this position, Ms. Libois is combining short term assignments with project management. She has been working in over twenty countries in Africa and has an in-depth understanding of the finance sector, gained through several feasibility studies, hands-on experience from private sector development and MSME financing.
Prior to working for Frankfurt School, Ms. Libois worked for IPC/ProCredit and was the General Manager of Micro Crédit National, a microfinance institution in Haiti and she was part of the start up team and later the management for a newly established Microfinance Bank in Angola (NovoBanco). Ms. Libois started her career with SNV/Netherlands Development Organisation in a microfinance program in rural Niger.
