Young African Leaders & Innovators Summit

In parallel with the International Executive Week Africa Ed. , Frankfurt School of Finance & Management will host the Young African Leaders and Innovators Summit (YALIS)  2026 in Nairobi, Kenya.

This summit is designed to bring together emerging leaders from across Africa onto a single platform to explore and strengthen their leadership potential while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. Participants will engage with peers, mentors, and industry experts to address key challenges and opportunities shaping the continent’s future.

The two-day summit will feature a central plenary platform complemented by a series of interactive masterclasses. These sessions will focus on leadership development, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.
