Participants will learn to identify concerning and potentially threatening behaviour at an early stage, analyse such behaviour in a structured way, and assess it professionally using evidence-based threat assessment instruments and risk management approaches.
In addition, participants will learn how to develop and implement appropriate reporting and prevention structures within their organisations and contribute strategically to the promotion of psychological safety and sustainable violence prevention.
