Associate Professor of Finance

Larissa Schäfer ist Associate Professor für Finance am Finance Department der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Sie ist Research Affiliate des Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) und war Gastwissenschaftlerin an der Columbia University, Lancaster University und Cass Business School. Zudem arbeitete sie als Beraterin bei der European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) und war auch als Junior Fellow am European Banking Center der Tilburg University tätig.

Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich Financial Intermediation und International Finance. Ihre Forschung  wurde in führenden internationalen Fachzeitschriften wie dem Journal of Financial Economics, dem Review of Finance  oder dem Management Science veröffentlicht und auf Konferenzen wie der FIRS und EFA vorgetragen. Larissa Schäfer promovierte in Finance an der Tilburg University.
