Prof. Dr. Mirko Kremer hat seit Juli 2014 die Professur für Supply Chain Management an der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management inne.
Promotion an der Universität Mannheim zum Thema "Behavioral Perspectives on Risk Sharing in Supply Chains" (2008). Assistant Professor (2008 bis 2014) an der Pennsylvania State University. Forschungs- und Lehraufenthalte am INSEAD und der Kellogg School of Management.
Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich des "Behavioral Operations Management". Professor Kremer fokussiert sich auf den Einfluss menschlichen Entscheidungs(fehl)verhaltens im Kontext von Bestellentscheidungen, Nachfrageprognosen und dem Management von Service Systemen. Seine Forschung wurde in führenden internationalen Fachzeitschriften wie dem Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Operations Research und Production and Operations Management veröffentlicht. Er ist derzeit Department Editor im Production and Operations Management Journal und Associate Editor im Operations Research.
