Valerie Machoba

Valerie Machoba is a Management doctoral candidate at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Her research focuses on strategic decision-making at the organizational level, specifically the impact of various performance feedback mechanisms. Valerie's diverse academic and professional experience includes studies and work in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe. She holds a Master's in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Warwick, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor's in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Hull.
