Senior Lecturer
Gerit Wagner ist Senior Lecturer im Bereich Information Systems Education an der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Zuvor war er Juniorprofessor für Digital Work an der Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg sowie Postdoctoral Fellow am Research Chair in Digital Health (Prof. Guy Paré, Ph.D.) an der HEC Montréal. Er studierte an der Universität Regensburg, der Universität Oulu und der HEC Montréal. Seine Promotion schloss er 2019 an der Universität Regensburg ab.
In seiner aktuellen Forschung befasst sich Gerit Wagner mit digitaler, plattformbasierter und wissensintensiver Arbeit sowie mit Digital Health. Ein besonderes Interesse gilt dabei den theoretischen, methodischen und gestaltungsorientierten Grundlagen von Literaturreviews und Wissenssynthese. Seine Arbeiten wurden unter anderem im Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, The Lancet Digital Health, Journal of Medical Internet Research, Journal of Decision Systems und Decision Support Systems veröffentlicht.
Er präsentiert seine Arbeiten regelmäßig vor internationalem Fachpublikum und wurde mit Best-Paper- und Outstanding-Reviewer-Awards ausgezeichnet, unter anderem durch das Journal of Information Technology, die International Conference on Information Systems sowie die Conference of the Administrative Sciences of Canada (ASAC). Darüber hinaus ist er regelmäßig als Ad-hoc-Gutachter für internationale Fachzeitschriften und Konferenzen tätig.
