GET INVOLVED

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management

GOOD REASONS FOR GETTING INVOLVED

Alumni, friends, companies and foundations give to Frankfurt School. They support academics who are conducting research on pressing challenges in business, politics and society. Through scholarships, they promote diversity among the student body and ease students’ financial burden. Partnering with our donors means a lot to us. With their experience and perspectives, donors and friends enrich teaching, research and executive education as well as our community. We have launched programmes through which they can get involved. Access to talent and participation in academic discourse are just as much a focus as our networking events. Donations are tax deductible. We are, of course, open to sponsorship agreements. In this case, your contribution will be linked to a service in return (such as logo presence). Please feel free to contact us!

Recognizing your Contribution

We honour all our donors with a personal plaque on our Donor Wall in the foyer in front of the Audimax, showcasing their generosity to all visitors. In addition, donors and friends are warmly invited to join our Donors' & Friends' Circle and have access to exclusive events as well as to faculty. Scholarships, endowed professorships and awards can, of course, be named after donors. We also welcome naming for example lecture halls, trees or benches on our campus.

Your commitment creates impact

Perspectives and experiences, challenges and needs from business, politics and society shape our teaching, research, the development of our students and our dynamic campus life.

Scholarships

Scholarships are essential in enabling students to study at our university regardless of their financial situation. We are proud and grateful that alumni, companions and friends from business and society, companies, foundations and business associations donate to scholarships at Frankfurt School.

We are keen to establish personal contact between donors and their and scholarship holders. This has led to many friendships that have lasted well beyond the actual scholarship period. Donors and scholarship holders meet in person for the first time at the scholarship award ceremony in early November.

We invite you to donate to scholarships as well. Below, we present our scholarship programmes; full and partial scholarships are available.

Diversity Scholarship

Diversity is key for Frankfurt School. To strengthen it, we have created the Diversity Scholarship. This supports international students, young adults with special quantitative skills, and women, for example. Frankfurt School doubles every euro donated from its own funds!

The minimum donation for the Diversity Scholarship is 6,000. Euro.

Klaus-Peter Müller Scholarship Fund

Professor Dr h.c. Klaus-Peter Müller, Honorary Chairman of the Frankfurt School Board of Trustees, has set up a scholarship fund with a generous donation of one million euros. This enables scholarships for Master's and MBA students who are socially engaged and have outstanding academic achievements. They must also disclose their financial needs.

We are of course delighted to receive further donations to the Klaus-Peter Müller Scholarship Fund.

Research

Frankfurt School is one of the strongest business schools in continental Europe in terms of research. Our scientists address current, relevant, future-oriented topics of the in business and economics, regulation, supervision, management, politics and society. They publish their research findings in world-leading peer-reviewed journals.

They are organised into research centres that have established themselves as hubs: partners value the dialogue on current concerns, thereby gaining new perspectives.

Research findings are presented and discussed at workshops or conferences with donors, sponsors, partners and friends.

Special recruiting formats, guest lectures by donors, partners and sponsors in the degree programmes, and joint research projects are further examples of the dynamic exchange between donors, sponsors and faculty.

Whether you are interested in funding individual professorships, supporting a centre or a research project, we look forward to hearing from you and learning your topics.

Our Platforms and Stages

CEO Talks focus on strategic challenges at the top of the corporate ladder. Our students are always interested in speakers' personal career paths: what lessons can they pass on? CEOs from DAX companies, large medium-sized companies and family businesses regularly speak in this format and engage in discussions with students.

The FS Women's Society is aimed at female students and alumni as well as women from the Frankfurt School network. We invite women who hold management or board positions to introduce themselves and their career paths, or offer workshops in which, for example, presentation techniques are practised.

‘In Conversation with the President’ is a new series of talks that we are relaunching in 2026. At the invitation of Frankfurt School President Professor Dr Nils Stieglitz, selected students will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with entrepreneurs, top managers and leading politicians.

In addition, we regularly curate workshops, discussions and talks in collaboration with companies, associations and clubs.
