C. Zweck der Verarbeitung
Wir verarbeiten Ihre personenbezogenen Daten ausschließlich zu Marketing- und Analysezwecken, insbesondere um nachvollziehen zu können, wie Studieninteressierte auf die Frankfurt School aufmerksam geworden sind und welche Faktoren ihre Entscheidung beeinflusst haben. Die Verarbeitung dient der Evaluation und Optimierung unserer Kommunikations- und Rekrutierungsmaßnahmen.

Die Ergebnisse werden für die interne Auswertungen pseudonymisiert, sodass ohne Zusatzinformationen kein Personenbezug mehr herstellbar ist. Schließend erfolgt eine vollständige Aggregierung und Anonymisierung.

D. Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung
Wir verarbeiten Ihre mittels der Umfrage erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Die Teilnahme ist freiwillig und ohne Auswirkungen auf Ihr Studium.

Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen oder dessen Datenschutzbeauftragten widerrufen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass nach der Pseudonymisierung keine Identifizierung mehr möglich ist und Ihre Rechte daher nach Maßgabe von Art. 11 DSGVO beschränkt sind. Das betrifft insbesondere die Rechte nach Art. 15 – 20 DSGVO.

Nach der Aggregation und Anonymisierung besteht kein Personenbezug mehr, sodass die DSGVO keine weitere Anwendung findet.

G. Drittlandübermittlung
Im Rahmen der Umfrage werden Ihre Daten durch die Verwendung von SurveyMonkey für die Erstellung und das Hosting des Fragebogens in die USA übermittelt und dort verarbeitet.

Im Rahmen der Umfrage werden Ihre Daten durch die Verwendung von Microsoft365 in die USA übermittelt, jedoch auf Servern in der EU gespeichert.

Zum Schutz Ihrer Privatsphäre haben wir mit Microsoft einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag inklusive EU-Standardvertragsklauseln geschlossen. Ebenso ist Microsoft nach dem Data Privacy Framework identifiziert. 

H. Speicherdauer
Die personenbezogenen Daten werden nur für die Dauer der notwendigen Verarbeitung und Übermittlung gespeichert. Sie werden anschließend pseudonymisiert gespeichert und nach Aggregierung gelöscht oder anonymisiert, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

C. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data exclusively for marketing and analytical purposes, in particular to understand how prospective students become aware of Frankfurt School and which factors influence their decision to study with us. This aims to evaluate and improve our communication and recruitment activities.
The results are pseudonymized for internal evaluation purposes so that no personal reference can be made without additional information. As a final step the data will be aggregated and anonymized.

D. Legal Basis of Processing
We process your personal data collected through the survey on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Participation is voluntary and has no impact on your studies. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting the controller or the Data Protection Officer.
Please note that after pseudonymization, identification is no longer possible and your rights are therefore restricted in accordance with Art. 11 GDPR. This applies in particular to the rights under Art. 15–20 GDPR. Once the data has been aggregated and fully anonymized, it is no longer possible to identify you and the GDPR not longer applies.

G. Data Transfers to Third Countries
In the context of the survey, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States due to the use of SurveyMonkey for the creation and hosting of the questionnaire.
In addition, your data may be transferred to the United States due to the use of Microsoft 365; however, storage takes place on servers located within the EU.
To safeguard your privacy, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Microsoft, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Microsoft is also certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

H. Storage Period
Personal data is stored only for the duration necessary to process and transmit it. Thereafter, it is stored in a pseudonymized form and deleted or anonymized following aggregation, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
