Following the successful launch of Executive Campus Asia in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in June 2025, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is returning to the region with the International Executive Campus Week Asia. The inaugural edition brought together more than 75 executives and professionals, creating a dynamic platform for high-level learning, exchange and networking.
Building on this strong foundation, the upcoming Campus will once again bring Frankfurt School’s executive education expertise to Colombo. Designed for executives and senior professionals, the programme combines academic perspectives with practical business insights and provides an intensive learning environment in which participants can strengthen their capabilities, exchange experiences with peers and engage with experienced faculty and industry experts.

Leading with Impact
Designed for senior managers and executives, Leading with Impact provides practical approaches to leading people and teams in complex organisational environments.
The programme combines leadership principles with communication, motivation and people management. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises and guided reflection, participants examine their own leadership approach and explore how to adapt it to different people, situations and organisational challenges.
Participants develop practical skills to communicate with clarity, engage and motivate employees, navigate challenging leadership situations and create the conditions for effective collaboration and sustained team performance.
Duration: Five days
Dates: 30 November–4 December 2026 (onsite training)
Programme fee: €4,200
Target audience: Senior managers and executives in banks, corporates and other organisations who lead people and teams and want to strengthen their leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and team performance.
Certificate in Credit Risk Management
Designed for professionals in banks, SME finance institutions and microfinance institutions, this practical hybrid programme strengthens participants’ ability to identify, assess and manage credit risk.
The programme combines credit risk fundamentals with portfolio analytics, IFRS 9 loan loss provisioning, credit rating and scoring, statistical credit scoring techniques and climate risk considerations.
Through on-campus sessions, applied case studies, online learning and assessments, participants develop practical capabilities to support sound credit decisions, strengthen portfolio monitoring and identify early warning signals. They also explore approaches to building more resilient lending portfolios.
Duration: Three days of onsite training followed by three months of online learning

Target audience: Credit and risk professionals, relationship managers, portfolio managers, lending specialists and managers working in banks, SME finance institutions, microfinance institutions and other financial institutions.
Certificate in Treasury and Markets
Designed for professionals in banks, SME finance and microfinance institutions, the Certificate in Treasury and Markets builds a practical understanding of treasury, financial markets and balance sheet management.
The hybrid programme covers liquidity and funding, foreign exchange markets and risk, interest rate dynamics, money market instruments, asset and liability management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and key capital and regulatory considerations.
Through on-campus sessions, applied assignments and online learning, participants develop the knowledge and skills to interpret market movements, manage financial risks and support effective balance sheet decisions. They also explore how treasury contributes to financial stability and institutional performance.
