CONTENTS

Day 1 – Basics of Project Management & Project Initiating
Project management is positioned beyond an operational discipline—as a strategy execution and value generation tool. Participants explore how projects translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes and why early executive decisions determine success. Aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI)’s globally recognized standard, the session offers senior leaders a structured, globally accepted foundation used by Project Management Professionals.

Day 2 – Project Planning Part 1 & Part 2
“Proper project planning prevents poor project performance” is an executive truth. This day shows how disciplined planning becomes a strategic leverage point in complex banking initiatives. Participants learn to translate ambition into resilient roadmaps, manage dependencies and risk, and create transparency across functions, geographies, and senior stakeholders.

Day 3 – Working with Partners & Project Executing, Monitoring and Controlling
Projects succeed through influence, alignment, and control. Using partnership management as a lens, participants learn to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and sustain momentum. The focus then shifts to execution: monitoring progress, managing deviations, and intervening decisively—ensuring value delivery in high‑stakes, regulated environments.

Day 4 – Individual Leadership Challenges – Peer Coaching
You will have the opportunity to discuss your individual leadership challenges with your peers in groups of 5-6 people. We will run several rounds to ensure everyone will have the opportunity to present his/her challenge and the way he/she tried to master it. Peers will discuss how they could coach each other to approach your challenges differently. Group sharing and discussion around challenges and proposed solutions.

Day 5 – Electives: Lead Your Organisation or Presentation Skills
Lead your organization: Participants will reflect on their organizational leadership roles within a strategic leadership framework. They will understand purpose, vision and stakeholder value creation as key business drivers. And learn how to use culture, values and behavior for performance and transition.
Presentation skills: Learn how to structure and develop effective presentations while understanding the power of communication and audience engagement. Deliver short five-minute presentations to the group and receive constructive feedback to build confidence, improve delivery skills, and strengthen your overall impact. A highly practical and impactful session with valuable takeaways for future presentations.
