Learning Target

The Online-Training "M&A Separation Associate" provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and challenges of corporate separations and carve-outs. Participants learn how to define the scope of a separation, develop an appropriate target operating model, and plan the operational separation of businesses, assets and functions. They also develop the ability to address people and stakeholder-related aspects, ensure business continuity through transitional services, and assess separation costs, stranded costs and potential dissynergies. In addition, the training enables participants to structure and manage separation activities effectively and to apply relevant concepts and tools to practical carve-out scenarios and real-life cases.
