Senior Lecturer

Deniz Simsek is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Her research interests lie in stochastic systems and queueing networks, with a particular focus on customers’ behavioral analysis in service operations. Prior to joining the Frankfurt School in 2026, she received her Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
