Huiting Xu is a first-year Ph.D. candidate in finance. Her research interests cover banking, financial stabilization, as well as financial regulation. She is particularly interested in the risk spillovers among the global financial market.
Huiting is expected to receive her M.Sc. in Quantitative Finance degree from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main by the end of 2018, where she builds a solid quantitative finance background through rigorous training and practical research seminars. Huiting finished her bachelor with two degrees, B.Sc. in Business administration from IÉSEG School of Management (Lille, France) and B.Sc. in General Management from European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Germany).
Before entering academia in 2018, she interned in the Deutsche Assets Management (Global Credit Control Department), Frankfurt campus; China Construction Bank (International Business Department), Suzhou branch.
