Assistant Professor of Strategy
Jerry Guo is Assistant Professor of Strategy at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Before joining the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, he was Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Aarhus University. His research interests include organizational learning, learning processes in collectives, and knowledge transfer. He uses both experimental and archival methods in his research. Jerry Guo holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior & Theory from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, an MA in Security Studies (Defense Decision-Making and Planning) from the United States Naval Postgraduate School, and BA degrees in Economics and Classical Archaeology from Dartmouth College.
