Pascal Flurin Meier is Assistant Professor of Strategy, Organization, and Innovation at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He received his Ph.D. in Business and Economics from the University of Zurich and was a Visiting Scholar at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and HEC Paris. Before pursuing his doctoral studies, he gained professional experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Pascal’s research takes a behavioral approach to strategy and corporate governance. He is primarily interested in how cognitive and social forces shape the decision-making of executives and directors and, in turn, influence organizational outcomes. His research focuses on corporate governance and organizational learning, with particular emphasis on the appointment and evaluation of strategic leaders—including CEOs, directors, and executives—as well as the strategic decisions they make and their consequences for organizations.
