Admission Requirements
To apply for the Master in Real Estate programme, applicants must meet certain academic requirements. An application fee of €100 applies.
Please note: the Frankfurt School Admission Test (BT Methods) can only be taken once.
- First academic degree (Bachelor) of at least 180 ECTS credits, preferably in business or economics
- Excellent written and spoken English (TOEFL 90 iBT / IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
- Valid GMAT/GRE score or Frankfurt School Admissions Test (BT Methods)
- Successful admissions interview

The Frankfurt School Real Estate Institute (FS REI) was founded in 2023 in partnership with leading the real estate and finance companies to face critical industry issues. The Frankfurt School Real Estate Club links students with the FS REI, as well as our partners, alumni, and lecturers to foster early career access and strengthen their real estate education and industry impact. Both the Institute and Club are supported by Frankfurt School's 21+ corporate partners and headed by Prof. Dr. Kerstin Hennig.
LEARNING GOALS
Graduates will draw upon in-depth knowledge and critical understanding of specifics, limitations and doctrines in different areas of Real Estate and interdisciplinary fields to shape responses and independent ideas to business and research opportunities and challenges. They will be able to analyse, structure and evaluate complex Real Estate situations and problems.
Graduates will generate insights by applying scientific methods, conceptualise and develop Real Estate products, data-driven solutions and models. Graduates will use their interdisciplinary knowledge and methodological skills to analytically and empirically solve complex problems of real estate contexts.
Graduates will be effective communicators in interdisciplinary fields of research and practical business contexts. They will be responsible team members in diverse and inclusive teams and reach common goals by effective cooperation within a team. They will recognise conflict potentials in cooperation with others and reflect on them in the context of situation-overlapping conditions.
Graduates will understand the nature and significance of their ethical and professional responsibilities within the Real Estate industry. They will be equipped to act responsibly and professionally in society and in an international business environment by grounding their actions and decisions in their normative and professional expertise. They will understand and reflect on the ethical and societal implications of their recommendations and business decisions.
