Students attend three intensive block weeks, twelve extended weekends in Frankfurt, and an additional international module. Beyond the classroom, optional workshops strengthen executive skills in areas like intercultural leadership, communication, and presence, complemented by the bespoke Women’s Leadership Academy. An optional international elective further expands global experience.

The curriculum combines core modules in finance, strategy, marketing, operations and economics with a strong focus on leadership development, executive communication and negotiation.
