Admission Requirements
As an applicant, you can be admitted to the full-time Master of Business Administration if you have the following:
- First academic degree (Bachelor or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of post-graduate work experience.
- GMAT or GRE preferred (alternatively, Frankfurt School Admission Test).
- Excellent English proficiency (TOEFL iBT 90, IELTS 7.0, or equivalent)* *Language test waivers are available under certain conditions.

Curriculum
The full-time MBA is structured into three main phases: Core Modules (6 months): Gain a broad, integrated understanding of key business disciplines whilst exploring the latest trends that shape global management.
Electives (3 months): Deepen your expertise through specialised courses that allow you to tailor your MBA to your career goals in areas such as strategy, finance, technology and sustainability.
Thesis (3 months): Conclude your MBA by choosing one of three capstone options – a Group Consulting Project (GCP), an Entrepreneurial Business Plan (EBP) or an Individual Research Project (IRP). Soft skills and leadership development are embedded throughout the programme to strengthen your ability to inspire, influence and deliver in complex business environments.

LEARNING GOALS
Graduates have an action-oriented and critical understanding of the management cycle in organisations that qualifies them to apply it to diverse tasks and functions that may form the value chain. They will draw upon sound functional and cross-functional knowledge of contemporary management concepts and disciplines and develop innovative solutions by providing thought leadership.
Graduates are able to identify opportunities, ideate innovative solutions and implement them effectively and efficiently based on sound qualitative and quantitative research and fact-oriented analysis. By doing so, they will combine independent, forward-oriented thinking management techniques for quality decision-making to address business challenges and implement effective solutions.
Graduates have a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities and entrepreneurial challenges of a business leader in the light of a fast-changing environment and excel in effective executive communication, collaboration and cooperation skills. Do you live outside of Germany and applying for our Full-time MBA?
We welcome applications all year round. However, due to limited spots, we recommend applying as early as possible.
For non-EU applicants needing a visa, we recommend applying by the end of May to ensure ample time to complete the visa process before the programme begins in September. Applicants from India, China and Vietnam are advised to apply by the end of April due to extended visa processing times and the introduction of the APS.
For those not requiring a visa, the ultimate deadline is 31 July.

No, even though it is a full-time MBA in Germany, the programme is entirely taught in English. German classes are optional but encouraged.
It is preferred but not mandatory. You can also take the Frankfurt School Admission Test.
Yes, we offer a range of merit- and need-based scholarships.
Part-time is not encouraged during semester 1. During semester 2, students may take up an internship or other opportunities to acquaint themselves with the local job market, while continuing their studies.
