Curriculum

The full-time MBA is structured into three main phases: Core Modules (6 months): Gain a broad, integrated understanding of key business disciplines whilst exploring the latest trends that shape global management.

Electives (3 months): Deepen your expertise through specialised courses that allow you to tailor your MBA to your career goals in areas such as strategy, finance, technology and sustainability.

Thesis (3 months): Conclude your MBA by choosing one of three capstone options – a Group Consulting Project (GCP), an Entrepreneurial Business Plan (EBP) or an Individual Research Project (IRP). Soft skills and leadership development are embedded throughout the programme to strengthen your ability to inspire, influence and deliver in complex business environments.

Do you live outside of Germany and applying for our Full-time MBA?

We welcome applications all year round. However, due to limited spots, we recommend applying as early as possible.

For non-EU applicants needing a visa, we recommend applying by the end of May to ensure ample time to complete the visa process before the programme begins in September. Applicants from India, China and Vietnam are advised to apply by the end of April due to extended visa processing times and the introduction of the APS.

For those not requiring a visa, the ultimate deadline is 31 July.

Submitting your application incurs no additional fees. Also, don't miss the early bird deadlines to benefit from reduced tuition fees
