Curriculum
The MBA in International Healthcare Management covers ten modules, from healthcare systems, finance, strategy, marketing and innovation to entrepreneurship, quality and value chain management, digitalisation, leadership and intercultural management. Ethical decision-making, health technology assessment and a final MBA thesis complete the programme.

Learning Goals
Graduates will draw upon deep or expanded functional knowledge and a broad, detailed and critical understanding of specifics, limitations and doctrines in business administration to shape responses and independent ideas to business and innovation opportunities and challenges. Graduates demonstrate a critical understanding of the impact of various national healthcare systems on management decisions.
Graduates will base their decisions and strategies on critical and multidimensional analysis of different markets and various professional and scientific sources in a challenging international business environment to be entrepreneurial-minded managers in the healthcare industry. For that, they will apply appropriate methods (qualitative and quantitative) from relevant management disciplines.
