Alongside his executive education work, Christian held leadership and transformation roles in one of Germany’s leading digital banking environments as well as in several high-growth fintech companies, including organisations ranked among Germany’s leading fintechs. His professional background includes board-level strategy execution, digital transformation, organisational scaling, product innovation and leadership in highly dynamic and technology-driven financial institutions. This combination of operational C-level experience and executive education expertise enables him to bridge strategic concepts with real-world implementation in a highly practical and engaging way.
Christian has designed and delivered executive programs, certified courses and international workshops on topics including FinTech, Artificial Intelligence in Banking, digital transformation, disruptive technologies, leadership, innovation and strategy in financial services. He has been working with Frankfurt School of Finance & Management for many years as executive trainer, lecturer and program developer and has contributed to the development of multiple professional education formats in digital finance and blockchain strategy.
