Christian Hecker is an executive trainer, lecturer and transformation executive specialising in digital finance, fintech, artificial intelligence and the future of banking. For more than 15 years, he has worked with senior executives, banks, central banks and executive education participants across Europe, Asia and emerging markets, combining academic excellence with deep practical leadership experience from international banking and fintech environments.

His professional background includes board-level strategy execution, digital transformation, organisational scaling, product innovation and leadership in highly dynamic and technology-driven financial institutions.
