The Centre for European Transformation (CfET) at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management launches a new online seminar series: “AI Frontiers in Finance – Bridging Theory and Practice”.

Sessions are scheduled from 5 pm to 6 pm on every second Tuesday of the month. Each installment promises a dual-perspective presentation. First up, an academic researcher will unpack cutting-edge AI techniques and innovations from recent papers. Then, an industry professional will discuss the practical implications of these technologies. The goal is to foster dynamic dialogue that links theoretical insights with real-world financial practices, unlocking AI’s potential to reshape the finance sector.

Academic Speakers for 2024: Alberto Rossi (Georgetown), Bryan Kelly (Yale), Gordon Phillips (Tuck), and Tania Babina (Columbia).
