Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has been awarded the German Education Award 2024/2025 in the category “Executive Education.” The award recognizes education providers from a consumer perspective across 54 categories. It is presented by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the news channel ntv.

The award is based on a consumer survey involving 38,000 participants. They evaluated 462 education providers, but in each category, respondents could only rate one provider whose services they had used within the past twelve months. Frankfurt School’s Executive Education impressed across all criteria, outperforming its competitors.

Categories such as value for money and customer service, as well as specific aspects like the quality and usefulness of services, availability and reliability, response time, and advisory expertise of the education providers, were taken into account. Another factor considered was the willingness of consumers to recommend the provider.

The German Education Award is being presented for the third time this year and is regarded as an important recognition for education providers that stand out through outstanding performance and high customer satisfaction.
