Assistant Professor of Organization Theory

Hui Sun is an Assistant Professor of Organization Theory at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Her research unpacks the socio-cognitive foundations of strategy formation and network mobilization in an uncertain, ambiguous, and conflictual world. Prior to joining the Frankfurt School in 2024, she was an Assistant Professor in the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics. She received her Ph.D. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
