Bachelor in Business Administration

Graduates will have broad knowledge and a critical understanding of the key theories, principles and methods in Business Administration. They will be able to reflect on and classify professional and scientific statements.

Graduates will use their interdisciplinary knowledge and understanding to develop business solutions. They will evaluate the significance of different sources of information and base decision-making on a methodical approach according to the current state of science. Graduates will derive research objectives, apply research methods, describe results and explain outcomes.

Graduates will communicate effectively in oral and written form. They will formulate professional solutions to problems and represent these in discourse in a manner appropriate to the target group. They will also consider and reflect on different perspectives.

Graduates will understand the nature and significance of their ethical and professional responsibilities as well as the general principles of sustainability. They will be equipped to act responsibly and professionally at university, in society and in an international business environment by grounding their actions and decisions in their professional expertise. Graduates will be provided with the prerequisites to flourish and grow within the vibrant academic community at Frankfurt School and wider society.

Once you have ensured that you meet the admission requirements for the Bachelor Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering and took a look at our application checklist, you can start your application via our online application form. 

You will need to upload the following supporting documents:

• A Recognised secondary school diploma* (Abitur, IB Diploma, US High School Diploma, A-Levels, European Baccalaureate, etc.) 
• An optional letter of motivation (maximum 500 words)
• A Curriculum Vitae (CV, résumé)
• A copy of your passport or ID card
• Additional documents, if applicable (e.g. references or letters of recommendation, certificates, awards, extracurricular activities)

*Please note that payment of the EUR 100 application fee is required before your application can be processed.

At Frankfurt School, there is no numerus clausus (NC). Successful applicants will be invited to an Online Assessment Centre (AC). 

We operate rolling admissions, allowing you to receive an admission decision before the application deadline.

If you do not meet the general admission requirements, you may still be eligible to apply under a recent change in German law. Please contact us for further information.

To ensure that we can provide early advice and support (for example, when applying for additional time during the Assessment Center), please contact us or the Officer for Students with Disabilities and Chronic Illnesses as early as possible prior to your scheduled Assessment Centre. The online Assessment Center consists of four parts:

• Mathematics test
• Cognitive test
• English test
• Structured interview

For the assessment, you will need a non-programmable calculator, regardless of brand or model.

In addition to your test results, your motivation and commitment are key factors in the admission decision. All Assessment Centre sessions are conducted online. Please note that your application must be submitted at least two weeks before your preferred Assessment Centre date.

Frankfurt School offers a merit-based scholarship programme designed to ensure that talented students from diverse backgrounds can focus on their studies without financial concerns. The Diversity Scholarship Programme aims to promote diversity within the Bachelor of Science student body and provides tuition fee reductions of 15%, 25%, or 50%. We recommend applying as early as possible, and no later than 30 June. Applications submitted after this date will be considered if places remain available. You don’t need your final school certificate yet – your last two transcripts are sufficient. Assessment Centre dates are offered regularly throughout the year.

If you’d like to study with one of our corporate partners (Finance or Digital Business), you need to apply both to Frankfurt School and directly to the company. Most companies recruit a year in advance, so early application is key. Our team is happy to support you throughout the process.

Yes. If you are neurodiverse, living with a disability, or managing a chronic condition, please contact us as early as possible. We can advise you individually and make arrangements such as extra time in the Assessment Centre.

There are two lecture-free periods each year – between Christmas and the end of January, and from the end of May to the end of August. Exact dates may vary slightly each semester.
