Study programmes, research and advisory services are the core competencies of Frankfurt School, a non-profit, limited-liability company based in Germany. The business school also manages other activities through a number of subsidiaries and holdings.
Frankfurt School’s organisation structure is designed to fulfil a number of objectives: adhering to the highest academic and quality standards, responding flexibly to new challenges, generating added value and optimizing synergies between the business school’s activities on behalf of students, graduates and clients.
Professor Dr. Udo Steffens, President of Frankfurt School is the Managing Director of Frankfurt School. Together with the following directors, vice presidents, the Head of Programme Design & Development and the Head of Finance & Administration they constitute the Executive Board.
Frankfurt School is fully owned by the Finance & Management Foundation. The foundation’s Board of Trustees advises, supports and of course also controls.
