Katharina Hombach is Professor of Accounting and Corporate Governance at Carl-von-Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Her research focuses on mandatory disclosure, in particular the economic consequences of disclosure regulation.Katharina completed her PhD studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management after graduating from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (BSc) and London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc)
