The main objective of this project was to aid Bank Al Etihad in enhancing its recovery plan and assessing its risk management framework according to international best practices. Frankfurt School took the lead in the project's implementation, collaborating closely with the EBRD. The endeavor involved a thorough review of the recovery plan, pinpointing potential recovery options, and a comprehensive evaluation of Bank Al Etihad's risk management strategies.
