I have always liked the lifestyle there and especially the food. Hence, together with other students from this beautiful place I wanted to show how healthy the food is”. The group prepared four dishes for the event. “We have prepared Samosas with cheese and with chicken – both with a lot of spices from La Réunion. Also, we offer bean donuts with mashed beans and sugar on top. The fourth dish is manioc chips”, explains Abla Serghini Anbari.
