QS TopMBA interview with FS alumnus Eliomaria Narducci

“I was 24 and wanted to prove to everybody that I could make it,” says Eliomaria Narducci in an interview with QS TopMBA. He continues: “I was given the responsibility to restructure an organisation over 100 years old with very important relationships with both public and private sectors.” In 2015, he completed his Master's in Management studies at Frankfurt School. Eliomaria Narducci got to know the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany (ITKAM) at a Frankfurt School networking event and shortly afterwards received a job offer from the president of ITKAM. In 2015, he began working there as a project manager. He quickly saw the problems that were causing the organisation's difficult financial situation, created a restructuring plan and presented it to the board - they accepted it and after only 8 months with the company, Eliomaria Narducci became CEO of ITKAM.
